Welcome to All In Performance. By accessing our website, booking classes, or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Use

All In Performance provides fitness classes, small group training, personal training, and related services.

By participating, you agree to follow all gym policies, safety instructions, and staff guidance.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

2. Memberships & Payments

Memberships, packages, and drop-in classes must be purchased in advance through our website, MINDBODY app, or at the gym.

Payments are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

Memberships and packages expire as outlined at the time of purchase.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Classes and training sessions must be canceled within the specified cancellation window (listed in our booking app).

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or loss of session credit.

Refunds will only be issued in cases of billing errors or at the sole discretion of All In Performance management.

4. Health & Safety

All participants must complete a waiver before attending their first class or training session.

You are responsible for ensuring you are medically cleared to exercise. Participation is at your own risk.

Please notify staff of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations before participating.

5. Personal Belongings

All In Performance is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep valuables secured.

6. Website & Social Media Use

Content on our website, Instagram, and other platforms (including text, logos, images, and videos) is the property of All In Performance and may not be used without permission.

By tagging or interacting with us online, you grant us permission to repost or share your content with credit.

7. Code of Conduct

We are more than a gym—we are a community. Respect for staff, members, and equipment is expected at all times.

Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.
