All In Performance was built from the ground up—literally. We started in our basement during the height of COVID, fueled by a passion to keep people moving and motivated through one of the hardest times. By 2020, we expanded into a 1,700 sq. ft. space in Seekonk, MA, where our community grew stronger, fitter, and closer than ever.
Now, we’ve taken the next big step—expanding into a brand-new 3,800 sq. ft. facility in our hometown of Coventry, Rhode Island. This move represents more than just a bigger space; it’s the next chapter in building a performance-driven community that feels like home.
From humble beginnings to a thriving performance facility, our mission has stayed the same: to create a space where fitness meets community, and where every member feels supported on their journey—whether that’s building strength, improving performance, or finding balance in body and mind.

Meet Amanda – Owner & Head Coach
Amanda has been training since 2018 and brings a unique, holistic approach to fitness and wellness. As a mom of three, she understands the importance of creating sustainable, realistic programs that fit into busy lives. Her coaching goes beyond the physical, blending:

Meet Mike – Owner & Head Performance Coach
Mike is the powerhouse behind All In Performance. A competitive powerlifter and two-time MMA champion, he’s been training athletes and everyday clients since he was 19 years old. His background blends:
Powerlifting & Olympic Lifting – developing raw strength and athletic performance
Mixed Martial Arts & Combat Training – building discipline, mental toughness, and explosive power
Bodybuilding & Conditioning – shaping strength with precision and intensity
